Our Antalya trip to celebrate two birthdays in the family, one of which was our baby's first, led us into a detailed search for a baby-friendly accommodation. Anyone with kids will understand the nervousness around taking your first trip with them as a baby, especially after they start eating solids! After some research and website scanning, we narrowed it down to two resorts we liked so we thought we'd just make sure they understand our requirements and sent our enquiries about baby food availability at the resort. We finally chose Kaya Palazzo who had the most prompt, comprehensive response and it was probably then that we realised we had a winner and we were not disappointed. From the first day, Kaya Palazzo's Guest Experience team took charge and made sure everything and absolutely everything was taken care of. They set up a WhatsApp group chat dedicated to us so all we had to do was message them what we needed and it was delivered to us promptly. They not only offered to prepare our baby's meals according to our requirements, but also asked if we had our recipes that we’d like them to prepare from. We were surprised they offered this and we happily shared our recipes which they executed well at each meal time. Special applause for Dilyara who organised our birthday celebrations and saw through each and every detail from finalising their beautiful patisserie as the venue for the celebration to arranging the onsite photographer to the special birthday cakes on both birthdays. Veronika, Alina, Alexander and Ege, also from the Guest Experience team, played huge part in our daily comfort including ensuring our baby's food was ready fresh when we needed it, that her midnight and daily special milk needs were delivered to our room quickly and efficiently, even so far as to have the mini club (for babies) opened out of hours on our request.

The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the unexpected upgrade to a much larger room, elegantly decorated, with a spectacular front sea view – truly a dream come true! The rooms are impeccable, very spacious, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness is exemplary, and the attention to detail makes all the difference. The food was varied and delicious, and the restaurants provided an exceptional culinary experience. The indoor and outdoor pools (heated in winter), the private beach, and the hotel’s facilities are top-notch – perfect for an unforgettable vacation. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the services are flawless. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special! A special mention to Alina, Veronika, Alexander, and of course, the manager, Rida. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel with complete confidence!

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all because they have created a paradise for children. From the swimming pools that are dedicated to children to the shows created especially for them. Effectively everything has been designed to perfection for the little ones. 2ndly I thank from the bottom of my heart my assistant Halil Saka who answered any request or question I had. He was there 24 hours a day for us, he worked even on his day off to make sure that our departure was well organized. Thanks also to chef Mehmet at the steak lounge who prepared the tastiest dishes for us! And of course the lady who cleaned us every morning! for an unforgettable experience I recommend the Lagon suites! a small recommendation-> it would be super to leave the a la carte restaurants until 12 midnight, because it interferes with the activities and shows for the little ones, and sometimes you have to choose between going to the show with the little ones or eating at one of the delicious restaurants ! thank you Kaya Palazzo

This has by far been the best hotel resort we have stayed at to date and we have stayed at many of the top hotels. The customer care and service was beyond what we expected. The food was especially delicious. As a fussy eater myself I usually struggle in al inclusive holidays but this was the first time we were provided with ample options and also tasty to Michelin levels in my opinion I couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were really attentive and friendly and even though we went during an off peak time in November they managed to make it an enjoyable experience for both myself and my husband. I would like to thank our rep Mila who went beyond her duty to move us to a different room as we were not happy with one or two menial things but she was insistent we get a better room and on our last day arranged a very nice meal for our anniversary at the sushi restaurant which again was at hakkasan levels. We were just amazed at the quality and service. We will definitely be staying at Kaya again on the future.

Everything is fabulous - the beach, the food, the room, all the spaces, the entertainment and all the staff. The pool are very big, with real spaces for kids, never too crowded, the same is for the beach. It might be interesting to take for one day a beach bungalow. Mila from the staff was a real help every day , giving us important information about the program. Perfect location for family with kids , perfect for everybody. I would like to come back one day..
